Important Notice on Transportation for New International Students

We would like to inform all newly enrolled International students that they will be able to use free-of charge transportation with KIBHAS Airport Shuttle Service. Please note that KIBHAS Shuttle Service Office is located on left side of ERCAN Airport. Freshman students need to purchase their tickets from the KIBHAS Office as the ticket fee will be reimbursed upon registration at the International Office. Students should keep their KIBHAS tickets for reimbursement purposes.

The KIBHAS Shuttle Service Schedule is as follows:  

On their arrival, students should go to CAMPUS III Dormitory for placement at the EUL Dormitories or free-of-charge night stay at our Accommodation Facilities.

If you arrive before or after the above mentioned Airport Shuttle Service Hours (KIBHAS) you may be subject to taking a taxi to the University. Furthermore, ERCAN Airport is an hour drive from campus and a taxi to EUL will cost approximately 60-90 US Dollars depending on the arrival time.
