Environmental Sciences (MSc)
The aim of the Environmental Science Master’s degree programme is to train individuals on the study of environmental science or related disciplines, such as sustainable resource development, environmental health, or ecological sustainability, to raise experienced experts, with strong ethical principles who can determine or define both local and international environmental problems, who can create or formulize solutions for these problems and who possess the capacity to run environmental sustainability projects.
The programme prepares individuals for employment in industry, agencies, NGOS, or small business and goes beyond the science to teach management, communication skills, and ethics. Graduates of the programme will have advanced scientific skills and will be able to work effectively with business and industry.
Requirements for the graduate programme with thesis include 7 courses, a seminar and a thesis to be completed. The medium of intruction is English.
Requirements for the graduate programme without thesis include 10 courses and a project. The medium of instruction is English.
