Graduation Procedures

The 4 year curriculum offered by undergraduate programme spans over 8 semesters, while the curriculum of 2 year vocation school programmes span over 4 semesters. Graduate programmes should not take longer than 4 academic semesters to complete.

Students who complete the curriculum set by their respective programmes and who have a CGPA of 2.00 earn the right to graduate from the undergraduate and associate degree programmes. Students require an average CGPA of 3.00 to graduate from graduate degree programmes.

Students who complete the programme with a CGPA between 3.50 and 4.00 earn the right to graduate with a “high honor” degree. Again, Students who complete the programme with a CGPA between 3.00 and 3.49 earn the right to graduate with an “honor” degree.

Fees :

Students who earn the right to graduate must fill a discharge form to be obtained from the Directorate of Financial Affairs. Once the completed form is submitted to the Student Affairs Office, the student may receive his/her diploma, transcript and other important documents.
