“1^st Psychology Days” organized by the Psychology Department, Faculty of Arts and Sciences. Academicians from EUL and various universities attended the event which was held at EUL Rauf Raif Denktaş Conference Hall. Besides the speeches on different fields of psychology, a poster presentation was made and theatre, dance and music performances were delivered.

1^st Psychology Days was initiated with the speech of Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Oğuz, Dean of Faculty of Arts and Sciences. Oğuz stated that this event was held in accordance with the current conditions and was a good start in resolving social problems between society and individual. He also added that activities held within the scope of the 1^st Psychology Days are not a “Utopia” and scientific examination of the subjects which are directly related with the society will be highly beneficial for individuals.
