The LLM in Private Laws main mission is to give our chance to gain a profound understanding of the main areas of law that are crucial to the practice of businesses. Private law is the area of the law that focuses on relationships between people or institutions. Law graduates interested in finding employment in trading companies, law firms, economic establishments, and the judiciary are drawn to this specialty.
As an LLM in Private Law student you will have e an exceptional opportunity develop an advanced understanding of the issues and developments that are crucial to lawyers involved in business litigation and business transactions, such as contract law, the law of torts, equity, restitution, trusts, and remedies.
