Education Administration & Supervision (MA)
The aim of the Education Administration and Supervision Master’s Programme is to train administrators who can understand the culture, structure and functioning of educational organizations, make students knowledgeable about the educational administration, supervision, planning and economy, train administrators, directors and supervisors needed within the educational system, provide the required educational services to ensure professional and individual development of educational staff , train educational leaders who can realize problems in the education systems, conduct research relating to these problems and find solutions, train school administrators, researchers, politicians and academicians who can conduct independent scientific research, follow the latest international and national developments, and adopt a distinctive viewpoint in the field of Educational Administration and Supervision, make students gain a scientific insight by teaching them theories and concepts concerning the Educational Administration and Supervision.
Requirements for the graduate programme include 7 courses (21 credits), a seminar and a thesis to be completed. The medium of instruction is Turkish
