EUL Department of Civil Engineering, have visited the Board of Directors of Union of Chambers of Turkish Engineers and Architects (KTMMOB), Chamber of Civil Engineers (KTİMO).

Civil Engineering has been existed through the human and civilization history. The importance of Civil Engineering today, technological developments, the changes in academics due to the updated theories and practices, collaborative works that are probable to realize between the EUL Department of Civil Engineering and Chambers of Civil Engineers (KTİMO) have been evaluated at the meeting.

Furthermore, the expectations by the new graduate Civil Engineers, the problems that they face when they are new to the field and the information that should be transferred to the students during their education periods have been negotiated at the meeting.

The representatives of the EUL Department of Civil Engineering have stated to the Chambers of Civil Engineering (KTİMO) Board of Directors that they have modernized the laboratories of Civil Engineering by following up the developing technology, they undertake to administer to the sector and they also have emphasized that the collaboration between the EUL and Chambers of Civil Engineers (KTİMO) would continue to increase by signing a protocol.
