EUL is Ranked in the 401–600 Band Worldwide in the Times Higher Education Sustainability Impact Ratings

Published by Times Higher Education (THE), the “THE Sustainability Impact Ratings” are widely regarded as the only global performance rankings that measure universities’ contributions to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) across the areas of teaching, research, societal impact, and institutional governance.
European University of Lefke has been included for the first time in the “THE Sustainability Impact Ratings 2026”, which evaluated 1646 universities from 116 countries worldwide, and achieved a position within the 401–600 band globally. In addition to its overall ranking performance, EUL has demonstrated a strong contribution to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through its results across various categories, reflecting its commitment to sustainability at an international level.
The results achieved in the Times Higher Education Sustainability Impact Ratings reflect EUL’s sustainability-oriented approach, social responsibility mindset, and internationalization vision, while also making a significant contribution to the university’s visibility in the international higher education landscape.
