The Student Residence Halls facilities offer en-suite single, double and triple room accommodation, en-suite with meal plan single, double and triple room accommodation, single, double and triple room accommodation and single, double and triple with meal plan room accommodation  All rooms have a shower, AC. and W.C. There is a study hall, kitchen, TV room and laundry facility on each floor. In addition, 24 hour hot water access and internet access. The Campus Residence Halls are within walking distance from the Cafeterias, Faculties and the Sport Complex.

Please note that you need to provide the details of the student you would like to share your room with to the Residence Halls Management at the time of your application. However, you should bear in mind that roommate requests are subject to space availability.

Students who would like to continue their stay at the Campus Residence Halls for the following Semesters are required to apply in written to the Residence Halls Management. Please note that requests for extended stay are subject to space availability as each Semester preference for stay is first given to freshman students.

Students are not allowed to have guests in the residence halls rooms.

No pets are allowed in the residence halls building.

In order to hang items on the Residence Halls Walls you first need an approval from the Residence Halls Management.

There are supermarkets located in the close vicinity of the residence halls building.

Students are only given a pillow and a blanket. Due to hygiene conditions, students are required to bring the rest of their personal belongings (bed sheets, pillow case etc.).

All residence halls rooms are equipped with a mini-fridge.

The security deposit is to ensure the cost of any damage or damages students may inflict on the residence halls property. A student who is registered and residing at the dorm cannot claim back the deposit fee until they sign out from the residence halls. The security deposit is paid back on the condition that the boarder does not have any unpaid or overdue fees.

Students enrolled in the Summer School are required to apply to the Residence Halls Management prior to the commencement of their summer studies. The applications are evaluated and decisions are given according to the availability of rooms.

The earliest students can check in at the residence hall is three days before the commencement of the Academic Semester. The latest students can check out of the residence hall is three days after the end of the Academic Semester.

Freshman students and students enrolled in the preparatory school have to be at the residence hall before 23:00 pm during weekdays and Sundays. Curfew for Fridays, Saturday and Holidays is 24:00 pm. Students wishing to extend their curfews have to apply to the Residence Halls Management.

According to the availability of rooms immediate family members may be allowed to temporarily stay at the guest quarters of the residence halls by paying a daily room rate.

The University Health Centre offers health and medical services to all students and University personnel during regular working hours. In addition, there is a stand-by ambulance service that transfers patients to the nearby hospital depending on the urgency.

The possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages on campus is strictly forbidden.

According to section 44/2008 of the TRNC Public Health Law, smoking of all tobacco products in indoor areas is strictly forbidden and subject to a fine.

There is a telephone line and 24 hour wireless internet access in all rooms.
