STUDENT UNION
The Student Union of the European University of Lefke (EUL) is formed by students to represent their interests and give them opportunities to be heard and participate in university governance on various issues, including the sustainable development policy of the EUL. The union is typically governed by students themselves. The Union acts as a hub for various student clubs and societies of the EUL, including those focusing on sustainability and sustainable development. Withthe help of this collaboration, the Student Union works for the well-being of the students by focusing on enriching their educational, sport, and social life by the help of collaboration with other student clubs and societies on various SDG-related events and activities.

The aims of the EUL’s Student Council are:
•Represent the student body: Act as a voice for students in discussions with university administration, raise and address student concerns and suggestions.
•Increase awareness: Cultivate awareness among EUL students.
•Enhance communication and collaboration: Serve as a link between students, faculty, and administration.
•Advocate for student welfare and well-being: Work to create a safe, respectful, and supportive campus environment for all EUL students.
•Foster leadership and personal development: Provide the students with opportunities to develop leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
