As a part of the Orientation week for the new students, the International Office has organized a trip to Alev Kayasi, where students would not only enjoy their outdoor time but also get pleasure from the breathtaking view of Cyprus, which opens from the top of the mountain, where the picnic area is located.
During the picnic the students have had a chance to visit an ancient Armenian Monastery located within the mountain range, even though the weather has been moody that day and there have been short rain showers, the students, few teachers and the International Office have had a great time.
On the way back to school, they have made a minor detour, passing by Kyrenia for a couple of hours, where the students have had a chance to discover yet another fascinating city of Cyprus .
