21 January 2010 – Exhibition of FAE Students’ Projects...

The Head of the Faculty of Architecture and Interior Architecture, Prof. Dr. Tanju Gültekin, with the help of the faculties’ lecturers and students has organized an exhibition on the Ground Floor of the Faculty building, putting on display some of the best projects, which have been completed by the architecture and interior architecture students within the current Fall ’09 academic semester.

The event scheduled to 12:00 has been attended by our honorable Rector Prof. Dr. Turgay Ergun and Vice Rector of Academic Affairs, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayşe Akyol, who together with the EUL lecturers and students were eager to meet the authors of the projects, and listen to their short presentations, explaining the main concepts of their work.

3rd year students have designed a live project of a Residential Complex for the EUL Academic Staff, and one of the international students from Nigeria, Kachi Nwosu, has presented his work to the Rector, Prof. Dr. Turgay Ergun.

The exhibition has also offered the attendees a “3-D animation” of some projects, which was prepared by the 4th Year Interior Architecture Students supported by Ülfet Ülbar and Ahmet Saymanlier, their lecturers.
