A blood donation campaign was organized in cooperation with the Red Crescent Club students affiliated to the European University of Lefke Social and Cultural Activities Center (EUL) and the Northern Cyprus Red Crescent Society. Volunteer students and EUL employees participated in the blood donation event held in the EUL Bus Terminal area for three days.

Akyıldırım: As the Red Crescent Club, our goal is to increase the number of blood donation units.

Providing information about the event, the President of the Red Crescent Club Neslihan Akyıldırım said, “We are very happy to be able to repeat the Blood Donation Campaign, which we have made traditional every year as the Red Crescent Club. As EUL Red Crescent Club Management, we and other club members are very happy. Our goal is to increase the number of blood donation units. As always, it is very nice to see our student friends who visit our stand and want to contribute. EUL students have always been sensitive to these issues and despite the pandemic conditions we are in, our student friends showed the same sensitivity. As the club, we aim to hold our next blood campaign event in Spring 2022. I would like to thank the students who visited our stand, the various student clubs operating in our university, and everyone who supported the organization.”
