Accreditation of Programs related with EUL Faculty of Engineering extended for 3 Years
3 more years of MÜDEK Approval for EUL
Departments of Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronical Engineering and Civil Engineering affiliated to the European University of Lefke (EUL) Faculty of Engineering have been accredited again by Association for Evaluation and Accreditation of Engineering Programs (MÜDEK).
MÜDEK which is recognized by the Higher Education Council (YÖK) of Turkey as the National Quality Assurance Agency in accrediting engineering programs, has evaluated the EUL’s quality of engineering education and accredited 3 undergraduate programs of EUL.
MÜDEK rendered to extend the accreditation approval of 3 undergraduate programs for 3 more years
MÜDEK which is recognized by the Higher Education Council (YÖK) of Turkey as the National Quality Assurance Agency in accrediting engineering programs, has evaluated the EUL’s quality of engineering education and rendered to extend the accreditation approval of 3 undergraduate programs which was given in 2016 for 3 more years. As a result of the visit and evaluations that were conducted in March 2018, accreditations of the related departments were successfully extended.
MÜDEK which carries on its activities with the aim of increasing the engineering education quality over accrediting, evaluating and informing education programs, is a permanent member of European Network for Accreditation of Engineering Education (ENAEE). MUDEK is also authorized by European Network for Accreditation of Engineering Education to grant European Accreditation of Engineering Programmes EUR-ACE label and it carries on its work as a member of Washington Accord.
EUR-ACA label for EUL’s Qualified Education
EUL has completed the accreditation processes of MÜDEK successfully and apart from receiving MÜDEK accreditation for related departments until 30th September 2021, it has also received the EUR-ACE label which is an international senior engineering programs audit and quality certification. With the EUR-ACE label, under graduate programs of EUL Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronical Engineering and Civil Engineering have proven that it is providing quality and equipped education within the framework of engineering education programs that are valid in the world. Professional competences of these students who will graduate from these under graduate programs of EUL Faculty of Engineering will have validness in Europe and all over the world thanks to EUR-ACE label.
