The European University of Lefke (EUL) Faculty of Arts and Sciences held its first event of the 2024-2025 Academic Year. The event attracted great interest from students in the Psychology and Molecular Biology and Genetics departments, as well as from students in the preparatory school.

As part of orientation days, Department Heads Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sultan Şehitoğlu Okumuşoğlu and Assist. Prof. Dr. Emrah Güler welcomed all students, emphasizing that the Faculty of Arts and Sciences is a growing family and that they are now members of this family. Faculty members Asst. Prof. Dr. Doğa Şah, Asst. Prof. Dr. Umut Şah, Dr. Osman Dadaş, Lecturer Beliz Köroğlu, and Lecturer Dilem Öke introduced themselves to the students.

Following the introductory activities, students from both departments were informed about the events planned for the academic year.

During the orientation meeting, a “Time Capsule” event was also held, allowing Faculty of Arts and Sciences students to start collecting their first memories of the Fall semester of the 2024-2025 academic year.
