Lefke European University (EUL) Tourism Club students, affiliated with the Social and Cultural Activities Center, organized the event titled “Let’s Clean It Up!” and “Let’s Keep Our Environment Clean.”

The coastal area of Gemikonağı was cleaned

In an event organized to highlight the importance of environmental cleanliness, faculty members and students came together to collect litter scattered along the Gemikonağı coastline. With high student participation, the cleanup activity aimed to foster environmental awareness and increase consciousness about the importance of a clean environment.

After the event, students shared their thoughts, expressing their happiness in contributing to the protection of nature through this initiative. They emphasized the need for more such activities in support of the environment.
