STEPS TO FOLLOW BEFORE ENTRANCE:

1)People who will enter TRNC via air-sea routes and from outside the island using the land border crossings from 06.09.2021 onwards, considering the country entry criteria (pre-departure negative PCR test result from the last 72 hours), will fill in the passenger form at the address adapass.gov.ct.tr and will enter the island with the QR code to be obtained. People who do not add their information to this site onwards do not receive QR code will not enter to TRNC.

Those entering the website will need to fill the forms indicated below;

– TRNC citizens “ADAPASS”

– Turkish citizens “HEALTHPASS”

– EU citizens “GREENPASS”

– UK citizens “NHS QR Code Document”

As the added documents will be checked upon entry to the country, people should carry the required documents with them.

– Citizens of other countries are required to attach their valid PCR test results and/or vaccination cards to the specified section of the application.

3)Students traveling to TRNC will have to show an address where they will stay during their quarantine. This address can be either house they rented or the dormitory address. Please be aware that those who will stay in the dormitory have to make reservations and show proof of reservation during the entrance to the country.

It should be noted that those WHO DO NOT PRESENT the document showing that the home quarantine with the wristband application and hotel quarantine fees have been paid will not be allowed on the plane.

 

4)Students who will quarantine will have to use “GÜVENDE KAL” application. “GÜVENDE KAL” application allows people visiting the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus to spend the duration of their quarantine due to the Covid-19 pandemic in marked locations. People will be transferred to the declared place of residential address either alone or with their own vehicle or with a driver. Public transports like taxis, touristic minibusses which are specified by the Ministry of Finance shall also be chosen.

 

ALL THE TRANSFERS FROM ERCAN AIRPORT TO HOME OR HOTELS SHALL BE PAID FOR BY THE PASSENGERS THEMSELVES.

Each University will have its own central quarantine dormitory and will state their own safety rules.
