The “Best Projects” event, which was initiated by the Faculty of Architecture of the European University of Lefke (EUL) in 2018, was successfully completed this term as well.

In the organization where the best projects produced in Architecture and Interior Architecture design workshops won the right to present, 8 students presented their projects at the EUL Cinema Hall this term.

The event strengthens the sharing among the students of the Faculty of Architecture

The event, which is open to the whole university and the public for the 7th time, aims to strengthen the sharing among the students of the Faculty of Architecture, while at the same time aiming to bring a qualified architectural design perspective to the society.

Participant of the organizing committee. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Erçim Uluğ made the following statements about the event:

“The “Best Project Presentations”, the seventh of which we held this term, is a traditional event that we, as EUL Architecture Faculty, look forward to every term. Projects produced with creative thinking and architectural effort for 14 weeks are brought to digital presentation format and presented by our students openly to the whole university and society. Our students, who make their presentations in large groups and in official environments, are prepared for the professional environment while improving their presentation skills. After the project presentations, the architectural discussion environments created with the question and answer platform are important in order to create a culture of design and criticism.”
