Program for Horticultural Production aims to provide students with institutional, practical and academic knowledge and skills in the field of agricultural production, knowledge in the fields of plant production in general and garden plants production in specific and marketing of these products. The program includes courses such as plant production techniques, product conservation, plant breeding and genetics, seed growing, seedling cultivation, arboriculture, nursery, plant physiology, genetic resources, and biotechnology. In addition, the program also includes fields such as traceability and sustainability in agricultural production, certified production.
Program consists of 7 courses, a qualification exam after the completion of the courses, a seminar and a thesis.
The medium of the Program is both English and Turkish.
