European University of Lefke (EUL) Centre of Social and Cultural Activities and Civil Engineering club organized a technical observation trip within the scope of “Safe Road Design” course.

Students received information about the highways in Lefke and around 

Within the scope of the trip students made a technical observation tour on the highways of Lefke and surrounding areas with their advisor Academician Dr. Cumhur Aydın. During the trip, Aydın gave information to the students by evaluating the errors and deficiencies regarding the road geometry and usage on the road and on the road, which will negatively affect the road safety. In addition, monitoring and evaluation was extended with additional walks and observations in some parts of the trip.

During the trip, students examined different routes and highways in Yedidalga, Yeşilyurt and Güzelyurt and Lefke. 

During the technical observation trip, travel was made to Yedidalga, Yeşilyurt and Güzelyurt and Lefke through different routes and highways, and observations and examinations were made by students.

After the technical observation, the students who took the course made their own observations on the road sections they chose in groups and reported their results in the form of technical reports and visual presentations.
