Pharmaceutical Sciences
The PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences programme is focused on the impacts of altered physiological and biochemical processes that may result from illness or genetic differences on pharmaceutical response are discovered and taught to candidates. The programme will clarify the connection between drug metabolite kinetics in distinct bodily tissues and the appearance of pharmacologic and hazardous effects. The program combines other areas of science, such as biology and chemistry, to advance and make new medical discoveries.
